So for two days or more i hardly eat and skip 2 meals and then the next 2 days i binge and then it starts again and i know i am really overweight and my friends say i am not but i know i am big. So have i got an eating disorder?

This will only make you gain more weight, dont starve yourself and then stuff yourself with food. Are you purging? If you're doing this willingly then I would say you're working your way into an eating disorder. See a doctor, a close friend or family member to help you get out of it. If you really want to lose weight eat healthy meals everyday , 3 times a day. Just count your calories, dont eat any more calories than your required daily intake. Exercise for 30 minutes to an hour a week. And when you feel you can exercise for more time go ahead. This is not the way to lose weight, do it the healthy and right way.
