Hi,

I recently left work as an apprentice, I started working for the company on the 08/12/2015 and my final working day as stated on my letter of resignation was 20/05/2016.

In my letter i requested my P45 & final payslip be returned to my home address, and that any unused holiday to be included.

It's been 3 weeks, I have received my final payslip but haven't seen anything for my holiday pay. I have since chased the company up to which they replied "you have been paid in full with no further settlement to be considered". In my contract it clearly stated I am allocated 20 days plus 8 days public holiday. So surely I am entitled to roughly 9/10 days having worked almost half of the year? how would i approach this with my ex Manager?
