So I started my bulk Dec 2015-Feb 2016 I bulked from 180lbs-262lbs. At the end of my bulk I had 172lbs of lean body mass and was around 28% body fat. After 4 months I am down to 230 but my weight has remained the same for about 2-3 weeks. My strength has gone up but my fat loss has slowed. I am eating about 2300 calories a day with a body building type split and with 20 min or stair master for cardio. What am I doing wrong?

You need 1,600 calories a day.
Or 2,000 for average. But having 1,500 calories a day can lose one pound a week.
400 for breakfast.
600 for lunch
And another 600 for dinner.
Having 200 calories for break time and 200 calories for snack time.
((Tip: counting calories are not the key for losing weight. It is eating healthy foods and natural foods. P.s try eating the portions from the food plate.))
