I'm trying to get smaller and more fit.
I am currently 5'9" and weight 210 lbs and have a 36 inch waist.
I jog/walk 30 mins everyday after work, then I swim for 15-30 everyday after jogging and on Mon/Wed/Fri I lift weights for an hour.
Over the past 2-3 years I've lost 50 lbs and kept it off and I'm seeing some definition in my arms and my chest is bigger, but I'm not getting any smaller nor losing any weight.
Also jogging doesn't seem to be getting any easier, are some people just not meant for speed? I don't wanna be lazy, nor do I wanna hurt myself.
Weight don't really matter, as long as I'm healthy and look like I'm trying.
I don't eat red meat, or smoke, or drink. I cook every meal. Most meals are 60% vegetables 40% protein. Otherwise meat is the majority. I drink nothing but water, milk, juice, and sweet tea only during dinner.
If I'm on the right track that's fine, I would just like to know it or get some direction if not.
