I was recently suspended for a no call no show and for conspiring not to come to work. I slept through my alarm and called immediatley when I woke up. I've worked at this restaurant for four years and never had this happen. My boss said intially that she had statements from three employees and then I found out nothing's in writing and these people are saying they never said that. Am I being wrongfully suspended because there is no actual statements and this is my first offense?
