I guess that it might just be because I’m younger but I think I might be ace-aro, but I long for a relationship. I want someone to hold and cuddle with and have with me. I want to live with someone to help out with life and to have by my side forever. Although, I’ve never felt anything very strongly like that for anyone and I don’t know if I will. Is that possible or am I just overreacting about being aromantic?

It's just puberty and hormones and naivety.
You have no life experience and do not have any clue about the reality of relationships. You're going on books, movies, tv and assumptions. None of which are accurate.
From your description, it sounds as if you didnt have the love you needed. Your desire for a relationship seems to be to fulfill your needs. Its a 2-way street and that partner you want also comes with desires and needs and you better be prepared to fulfill them.
I'd say you are fantasizing being a romantic and the reality of your responsibility for your half of the relationship has not become a truth for you yet.
Being desperate for a relationship also means wrong choices and heartache so take your time! Good luck!
