I have an 8 year old son and my ex has never let me have him Christmas Eve / morning, we haven't been through the courts we just arranged when I have him every weekend. I've just recently had another little boy and would like my 2 boys to spend Christmas together am I entitled to it even though it hasn't been through the court.

You should be able to have your son for Christmas because after all you are still his mother and if you have had another child they should get to know each other and not to mention you gave birth to him.
You are entitled to having him for Christmas because like I said you are his mother.
