A bunch of teens go out camping and were abducted by aliens.I think some girl was pregnent, and it remember that there was a guy who has been stabed by accident in the stomach.
When those teens were abducted,I remember that they were in some kind of a slime environment

your talking about the movie "night skies". one of the few scary movies i like that was based on a true story. the guy that got hurt after the accident was wounded in the shoulder by a knife. i have a good memory for little details i see in movies. i think they were traveling to las vegas in their RV using the back roads.
i think you would like the movie "the objective" to. that movie is also about aliens.
