After using abortion tab I got periods but for de mnth of march I dint get??

i had sex wit ma bf on jan i was pregnant de think is i cme 2 knw an got abortion tab on feb an got ma periods
now again de prob is i didnt get ma periods for march is there any prob in tis i'm freaking out pls anyone help me...i'm damn afraid an i cnt even go to doctor pls do tel me wat should i do regarding tis....

women used to sit on top of hot water.
I Just mean is let the steam  of hot water go inside ...it can be possible if you sit on top of a vessel in which you have hot water steam..
