A nurse, after inquiring about my bleeding lip, informed me that I hadn't bitten my lip, but it had most likely become pinched by the breathing tube during surgery. Its been four days and the feeling has not returned to my lip. It may seem silly, but it is extremely distracting and upsetting that I could possibly lose permanent feeling in my lip due to a neglectful doctor or nurse.Do I have grounds to sue?

I would consult a attorney on the issue sometimes injury's like that can't be helped might be from the breathing tube sometimes they can't help what happens but you can talk to legal help about this it would have to be medical malpractice go to lawyers .com and tell them what happened.
