I recently moved into my house with existing alarm system but I am yet to get my connection from a provider. But after a heavy thunder the alarm system went on and it is chiming non stop. The keypads say CHECK 100 and I don't know what it means and how to stop it. I am tired and sleepless for hours now. It's a Honeywell brand keypads. Help me to turn off the loud chime before I go crazy!

Turn off the power supply then open the case and disconnect the internal battery. The battery is low voltage, disconnect one terminal.
The lightning probably sent a pulse through the wires and zapped it/ You can try reconnecting the battery and power after 2 minutes. If it squeals again, leave it disconnected and get a service call
Why don't you call up the customer care representative to stop the voice? May be there is technical problem with your security camera. In most of the cases customers get one representative to tackle the issue 24*7. I have also bought camera from SecurityCam Ltd, provides various benefits and day and night service to not face any issue.
