Hi All!
My family and I are looking into moving to the US. We'd like to live somewhere outside of a city- In a town or community, not too busy. Somewhere close to nature (trees, lakes/the sea- We love the outdoors and walking). Somewhere with 4 seasons too. We want somewhere where the people are diverse and interesting.
Any ideas greatly welcomed. Thanks in advance.:)
I'd also recommend Denver. Of course it gets a little bit cold in the winter but I think it nevertheless meets all your needs.
However, if you are thinking about moving to a different state or even different continent, you should really visit it first before you pack all your things an go.
California has only one season, but you can drive to snow if you want to see it. One American out of eight lives there and a lot of them are leaving because they don't like the way the state is run. It is known as "land of nuts and fruits", and the nuts are in control of the government. Many parts of California cost a half million dollars for a house, so wage earners live in their cars. Don't bother going to California.

It only depends on how you intend to support yourself. You can decide where to live after you get here.
