I am in some dire need of advice. I am a previous online student and I rarely left the house. But about a month ago I made the choice to attend public school. I'm not sure if it's the stress or bacteria from the school but in a matter of days, I have had extreme breakouts on my chest, back, and neck! I am a clean person, so it is definitely not linked to lack of hygiene. I have considered everything but nothing is making sense. Please help!

You went from an environment of subdued light to an environment of strong light. Your body's meager supply of vitamin A has been used up. Vitamin A is used in vision and also stimulates mucus. Mucus is what the body uses to clean itself. A deficiency of vitamin A allows dead skin cells to collect in pores, causing rough complexion and pimples.
Vitamin A comes in two kinds of capsules. Pure vitamin A is oil soluble, so you should take it with food. Provitamin A, beta-carotene, is converted to the vitamin as the body needs it.
Study some books about nutrition so you know these things.
I'm not worried about what others think. I just went to having clear skin my whole life to being a mess. If u like having acne, then congrats to u but if my situation is resolvable then I would prefer to fix it
So, what's the problem?
I never said I didn't care about having acne. I've had acne for 15 years, and it never goes away no matter what I do. So, I accepted that it's a part of me.
Get over your vanity.
Oh lord. I understand your situation, you say that your acne isn't going away. But the thing is. I have had clear skin for 17 years of my life and all of the sudden I don't. So there is obviously something that is causing it and I would like to find the source of that problem so I can resolve it. I'm not being a bitch, I'm just looking for advice on a problem (not linked to what people think about me), But my own personal problem. So I apologize, my comment might have seen a little mean.
Thank you so much! I will be sure to look into it
