I want to adjust the brightness on my screen on my desktop windows 7. I want to lower the brightness, make it dimmer. I've tried updating the driver, going to my control panel but can not find anywhere the option to make it brighter or lower the brightness. someone help me find out how to adjust it please and thank you!! remember, it is not a laptop, its my desktop Samsung windows 7.

If you mean to dim the desktop picture but leave everything else bright, you have to load the picture into a viewer and adjust the brightness and save the modified image. I use irfanview.com/ for that.
