Adding a yahoo messenger contact taken longer than expected. waiting for 24 hours wasnt useful!?

If I am to understand you correctly you sent someone a buddy request or invite on yahoo messenger to someone.

If that person was not currently log in on that yahoo account with in that 24 hour time fram then it is very unlikely he or she seen your request.

So I hope you understand that that person not being logged in did not see your request to thus for could not accept.

I hope you understand that a person does not see buddy request until he or she logs on to that account this could mean the person in question if not had logged into that yahoo account with in 24 hours very likely has not a clue you sent that request.

As a matters of that adding 40 contacts to your messenger it is very possible that yahoo has strange limits like that in place. It is possible that yahoo may had implemented such a thing as a possible safe guard to annoy spammers.

Most people don't ad 40 people to there contacts at a time on yahoo but it is very possible that a spammer that has long list of Emails likely would ad even more then 40 Email contacts.

I don't know that your a spammer or if your just being funny.

Lets face it most people don't ad 40 contacts to a yahoo Addy at random. If you made a new account and did a transfer of contacts that would possibly be normal.

Any of them contacts you added might never log back on and that would mean they will never see your request thus meaning that will be the longest 24 hours you may ever sit around for them to accept your request.

I think you need a new hobby.
