As a child I was diagnosed with ADD. The last thing I want is pills and always get the worst side effects. How do you manage this problem? it makes any task difficult when you can't keep your thoughts organized.

Well the least that I can suggest to you is to always have a pen and a paper handy with you so, whenever you think of some thing you write it down then afterwards you can organize from there which should be first to do or the most important thing to do and the most urgent to do.Hope this helps.
At times I've noticed that making notes does help. I don't do it all the time though. This usually happens when I'm brainstorming on something, like an idea for a invention etc. my thoughts go all over the place.
