A wretched smell in my house suddenly. the smell of rotten fruit n garbage, can it be dead rodent?

its possible that its a rat or mouse or some garbage that fell out of the can when it was taken out some foods when their left behind and forgotten they can be really smelling fruits can cause it i would see where the older is stronger to see if you can locate it mold also has a bad smell that one can't tolerate very well
