There was a sign on the machine about malfunctioning, and person was not paid off.  What was the sign and how much was the payoff supposed to be?

If there is really a glitch then the lottery prize will be voided since its a malfunction of the machine that made him won. I do believe he won't get anything from it since its a technical glitch.
