A person was diagnosed with brain surgery (a blood clot emarged after a hit on head) . Meanwwhile?

... his left side of body starts showing partial paralysis state.

after surgery the clot was removed, post surgery tests shows a minor sign of clot which could be cured by medicine.

Now the person is still in unconscious state, how long will it take to regain its concious state ? His body is alert and respond to any hit/pinch
