a co-workers, whose title is business manager asked if I had problems hearing and I said I had a slight problem with one of my ears, so she went back and told my boss that my hearing was affecting my job and that she would report it to human resource department, this really bothered me and I am not sure what to do I have allergies and some times one of my ears close up but it does not affect my job, I just want this to end and not sure how to handle it.

That is intimidation. You are protected under the law and your medical information cannot be used against you. In fact, if they do try to fire you because of medical issues, you are entitled to unemployment. They have to first accommodate your disability, if they can even prove you have actual hearing loss.
If your manager actually did this, I would think you could sue if you wanted.
