If you start with N people then at the end of the first period the population will be N x 1.15. At the end of the second period it will by N x 1.15 x 1.15 or N x (1.15)^2. At the end of P periods, it will be N x (1.15)^P. So you simply plug in the values for whatever situation you are given.
Total = 25,000 x (1.15)^10 = 101138.9434 which we round off to 101139.
