R = E/I

Assume you have 2.2 volts applied, then each resistor will conduct I = E/R = 2.2V/2.2K = 1 milliamp. The total current will be 5 milliamps, the sum of all the currents, and total resistance is R = 2.2V/5ma = 0.44k ohms or 440 ohms.
