A 13 year old girl hit a 9 year old girl what is the punishment?

Well it depends ho bad she hit him. Say it was quite a hard hit and left a mark maybe a severe mark. Then Id say band her from anything she uses all the time for a while. Or ground her.

If it was a light hit than just tell her off...
