I bought a 99 Cobra and whenever i shift up, as i release the clutch i can hear and feel a clunk or thud or something...it happens in every great its just that the clunck gets less severe (1st to 2nd clunk feels harsher than 2nd to 3rd gear ect ect) going into 5th is almost non exististent....I've looked under the car and i don't see any thing out of the ordinary like bad trans mounts....what could it be and what should i look for to verify my problem....oh and the clunk is only upshifting....it doesn't do it when i downshift...and im not sure if its the same problem but sometimes when i have the clutch all the way engaged, i feel the gear spinning when i try to engage reverse....Thank you in advance.
