A blank white page means that PHP is crashing, usually due to a function conflict, probably introduced by a plugin or theme.
Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
1. Check Internet Connection:
Ensure that your internet connection is stable. A poor or unstable connection can prevent you from accessing websites.
2. Clear Browser Cache:
Clear your browser's cache and cookies. Sometimes, stored data can cause issues when loading websites.
3. Try a Different Browser:
If the issue persists, try accessing your WordPress site using a different web browser to rule out browser-specific problems.
4. Check WordPress Site Health
In your WordPress admin area, go to "Tools" > "Site Health." Check for any critical issues or recommendations and address them.
5. Deactivate Plugins:
Temporarily deactivate all plugins to see if any of them are causing the issue. If your site works after deactivating plugins, reactivate them one by one to identify the problematic one.
6. Switch to a Default Theme:
Activate a default WordPress theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty-One) to check if your theme is causing the problem.
7. Check Server Status:
Contact your hosting provider or check their status page to see if there are any server-related issues. It's possible that there is a temporary problem on their end.
8. DNS Issues:
Ensure that your DNS settings are configured correctly. You can try using a different DNS server or contact your internet service provider for assistance.
9. Firewall/Antivirus:
Check if your firewall or antivirus software is blocking access to WordPress sites. Temporarily disable them and see if the issue persists.
10. Check Other Devices:
Try accessing your WordPress site from another device or network to see if the problem is specific to one device or network.
If you've tried these steps and the issue persists, it's advisable to contact your hosting provider's support for further assistance. They can investigate server-related issues and provide specific guidance based on your hosting environment.
