I completely became healthy all of a sudden but then my intake was about 600-900 calories a day and know that that's really bad because females should eat 1,200 calories. It's just that I'm really done being like this and I want to lose weight fast. It's not like I gained 30 pounds in a month so I know I won't be losing 30 pounds in a month. My goal is to lose 10 pounds in 6 weeks which is very reasonable. I want to know how thought because my intake was 600-900 for 3 weeks and no difference at all, maybe my body went to survival mode because of the low intake. What I'm planning is drinking 8-10 cups a day which is about 4 bottles of water. Eating 3 meals but not eating in between meals. Enjoying the food I love but cutting out a bit of my portions and eliminate junk food COMPLETELY. I'm not a big fan of junk food but I use to eat it because I was too lazy to make my own food or I guess I didn't know how. I hope you guys help and suggest a couple of options and also look at my future meal plan, if it's alright or not.

Wake up early and eat bigger break fast, before every meal drink glass of water. Try not eating white bread and thing made of flower. Do not eat food with salt and drink a lot of water. Exercise everyday, it don't have to be huge exercise, after dinner go out for a run, that will make your calories from dinner durn faster, and avoid eating snacks, if you'd like to eat a snack drink a glass of water with lemon and cucumer instead.
I wake up late so my breakfast is 11am or 12 pm and lunch is 3pm-4pm and dinner is 6pm-7pm. I never eat after 7 pm
