A few days ago my guy friends and I went to a lounge to have a cigar. I actually enjoyed it. We sat down and talked for about 30 to 45 minutes. I'm not usually into vices like drinking and smoking. But I've been told that having a cigar is much healthier than having a cigarette because you are not inhaling the smoke, thus you are much less likely to get lung cancer or other health problems.
It's also not going to be an everyday thing, only once or twice a week is very common amongst cigar users. I've read about some people having 3 to 5 cigars per day for many years and they still have no cigar related health problems. but 3 to 5 per day is too much in my opinion. for me it would only be 2 to 3 times per week.
Do you like cigars or not? if so how often do you have one?
Actually I meant 2 to 3 times per week, usually less than than that. It's not going to be an all the time thing. But cigars are not as addictive because you do not inhale the smoke, though you still get some of the nicotine.
I try to get second opinion about these things.
