I have 4 piglets about 10 days old. 3 girls 1 boy. the boy is slightly smaller then the girls but doesn't seem to be starving. He often tries to play with them but seems to get beat up every time. its common for baby pigs to play fight so that doesn't bother me but the girls dominate him every time. the mother accepts him and doesn't push him away but with the 3 girls getting stronger I'm afraid she'll see him getting beat up and reject him. When they nurse he doesn't seem interested in nursing but instead tries to push his sisters away from the mother and will sit in front of the mothers nipples to try to stop them from nursing. I'm afraid he might be malnourished and becoming protective of the food source because his sisters beat him up. should I be concerned?
