4 day long headache and today I found I have pain on middle to lower part of head?

Is it stress headache migraine tension cluster headache does it go up toward your head along side of it up the side there are so many types you might try excedrin migraine they also have pm and tension headache if that doesn't work i would see your dr for further evaluation.
