To my knowledge they stay in until they fall out and if they don't they get removed by the doctor. Are those the tubes you are talking about?

They didn't give me enough characters to explain. I've had to get tubes every year if not twice a year since I can remember. I'm 32 years old. Have had my tonsils and adnoids out and now my ears are acting up again. Im looking for other options besides local ents giving me more tubes in the office
