I am over weight and want to loss weight, I was wondering how other people loss weight.

I agree with the other answer about just walking for 20 minutes a day will help. Also just watch what you eat. When I was trying to lose weight I made the rule I couldn't eat in the car, that way I didn't buy fast food and I would cook a healthy meal instead of snacking all the time. Also one simple thing that makes a huge difference is cutting soft drinks out of your diet. It really does help and it makes you feel so much better!
Firstly set your goal how much weight do you really want to lose. Four most important factor of weight loss are: Diet, Exercise, Rest, Motivation. Eat more protein and fiber rich food which help you to feel full longer, green leafy vegetable have more nutrients and less calories. Do at least 30 minutes workout everyday and take 8 hours sleep at night.
There are lots of expensive program to loss your weight.But I always go for inexpensive programs as why should one prefer surgeries and other monitory programmes if there are many other alternative methods for reducing weight.The three major things that you need to consider is Sleep,Eat and Exercise....
Sleep: In the sense we should not sleep all the time.The most appropriate time for sleeping is 10 P.M to 5. A.M...Make sure there should not be any alteration in this time.Schedule your task so as to maintain this time
Eat : Eat Fruits,Vegetables,Salads,Juices,fish, drink atleast eight glass of water per day say No to junk foods.....You can eat these food items at whatever time you can ..the risk of cholesterol is less in consuming these above facts
Exercise: Without this your weight loss plan is imperfect ...there are lots of home exercise that you can do all by yourself so as to improve your health..Skipping rope is perfect example to reduce your weight...If not walk/run atleast 3Km a day or 20 minutes in a day
