My car is a 2002 Subaru Legacy gl ej20e sohc manual the cambelt broke and bent the valves so have replaced the engine to a EJ251SOHC out of a 2002 imprezza Sedan auto. Most of the loom plugs match up and bolts straight up to the gearbox just a extra black plug which the ej251 does not have not sure what this is. The car try's to turn over but won't turn on we are going to try the 2 litre intake on tommorow see if that may solve the problem. Has anyone done this before or know why I can't get the motor to run .
