Is it worth it to buy 200 mini rubber ducks for $36 to put it in a large public pool that I work at as a prank on my co-worker? I am only a teenager and $36 is actually kind of a large amount of money for me to lose. Thoughts?

200 rubber ducks in a large public pool is going to look kind of like nothing. If one gets sucked into any pool equipment and clogs up the works you'll pay more than 36 bucks for a repairman when they catch you and fire you. Frankly, I wouldn't. You don't prank at work. It's not responsible or professional. How many movies could you see for $36 that will be more fun than watching a bunch of little ducks in a huge pool?
I think you should do the prank that a comedian did. so start with a few ducks around the house then slowly increase them. Soon 200 sucks can fill up a bathtub and other places around the house. Make it a game by just adding a bunch of ducks everywhere to annoy your friends and family.
