I had a table fall on my foot and it swelled up (which hasn't gone down since). There was only a skin mark for a week but now suddeny it has been bleeding and the wound is black (dark). Should I be concerned about infection? I can barely move my toes and I can not put any weight on it still. The doctor said I should have been walking by now. Is this more than a sprain?
