I am a Finance student, studying Analytical methods in economics and Finance.
my lecture does not explain the answers or the steps to go through to complete the equation he simply just gives you the answer i simply just want to basically have it broken down into steps explain what you have done to get the answer so i can understand how it should be done and not just given the answer.
2÷(2⁄5)/(4/25)-3/14 {1/7+3/25 (1/7+2)}? Whats the Answer and please explain how did you get it?

There are a few programs and websites that can solve this for you showing the steps
None I can recall so here we go
Assuming the 2 is separate from the composite fraction
2÷ (2⁄5)/(4/25) - 3/14 {1/7+ 3/25 (1/7 +2)}
= 2÷ (40⁄100)/(16/100) -3/14 {1/7+ 12/100(1/7 +2)} <because why not
= 2÷ (40⁄100)/(16/100) -3/14 {1/7+ 12/100 (15/7)}
= 2÷ 40/16 -3/14 {1/7+ 12*15/700}
= 2*16/40 -3/14 {1/7+ 180/700}
= 4/5 -3/14 {280/700}
=4/5 - 3*28 / (70*14)
= 4/5 - 6/70
= (56 - 6) / 70
= 5/7
That was fun, thanks for the question
If i have misinterpreted it, then i guess my year 12 algebra is not good
