Shes growing up, try nicer brands that still are youthful, express, new york and co, ann taylor, you can get these brand name clothes for cheap too which sales. One rule for girls on a budget. Macy's is your best friend. It has designer stuff, alfani, micheal kors, all afforable. Try their material girl line. She'll like it.
Or you could steer clear of predictablity and buy her a nice designer watch, a necklace, a michel kors bag, shoe, makeup. Those are always nice to have and always use
