... up having to go to prison for a few years. We have been managing to hold on to our relationship the best we can while he is away. There have been some good days and some bad days but through it all we have maintained communication every single day. The longest amount of time I have went and not heard from him is 15 hours. He always says I am his peace and when he talks to me and helps him take his mind off what is going on in there and the things he sees.
Well, I have not heard from him going on 4 days. No, they are not on lockdown, and he is not been moved to anyplace different, he is not in medical either. I have money on the phone so he can call me but he hasn’t at all. I called the prison on Saturday and ask them to do a well check for me and they came back and told me he is fine, he is upstairs playing cards.
Also, his mom and daughter have not heard from him either. At first I though this was his way of ditching me and that he didn’t want anything else to do with me but the fact they haven’t heard from either does make me not take it as personal.
My question is if he loves me like I thought he did and can tell me I’m “his peace” why would he want to cut off all communication with me? I’m sure he is in his head and just need some time to be alone and think but he hasn’t even checked on or the kids, or his mom at all either
