I have made a website name https://skatingplay.com. It's been 5 months and still i am waiting for the ranking. I have covered everything in on-page SEO. But don't know what exceptional factors I am missing.

Have you started the OOF-PAGE or not? If started, then try to analyze the competitors and see what unique they are doing. It will help you a lot in making your website visible on SERP.
