The first thing my co-worker does every morning is stop in my office and talks for an hour about her personal life. Or - she wanders into my office through out the day and looks out the window (I have the only office with a window) and will start talking. She ignores all the clues that that I don;t want to talk to her. I try to redirect towards work and she just keeps talking about her life. Management won't say anything to her
