I am 25 year old male. I have pimples all over my face. I want to get rid of them all. I have tried all sorts of skin care products, but nothing seemed to work. Can anyone please suggest an effective skin care routine?

In some people acne is caused or worsened by dairy, wheat and sugar. You could try to eliminate those for a while and see if it gets better.
You can wash your face with something that contains salicylic acid, that helps. And then apply a benzoyl peroxide cream (but careful use only white towels/bedsheets as it contains some bleaching agent).
If everything fails the best medication is Accutane, but you have to get them from a dermatologist.
You can start applying Turmeric mixed with water make a paste with it and apply all over the face keep till wet and then wash off with cold water. This will clean your face very soon. Or else you can start applying natural plant called aloe vera directly on your face keep overnight then wash your face in the morning to get results soon try to do this continue till one month.
If you're struggling with persistent acne despite trying various products, consider adopting a comprehensive skincare routine. Start with a gentle cleanser, exfoliate regularly with a chemical exfoliant, and use targeted treatments like retinoids at night. Ensure you moisturize daily with a non-comedogenic product and apply sunscreen with at least SPF 30 every morning. Additionally, DermalMD’s acne treatment products might be worth trying if you haven’t used them before, as they are designed to work with your skin’s natural processes. For persistent issues, you can see a dermatologist for better advice and prescription treatments could also be beneficial.
