So, I'm 13 and I still have a baby tooth. I've been searching up if i can still grow my permanent teeth after 13 years old but haven't really gotten an answer. Now I'm kind of scared that I won't be able to grow a permanent tooth because i already got puberty. So, can i still grow a permanent tooth after 13?

A baby tooth normally becomes wriggly and falls out when the new permanent tooth is coming up from the bottom. You can go to the dentist and get an xray taken to see if there is a new adult tooth below. The dentist can advice you if for some reason there is no adult tooth coming.
