so I have just recently moved from Alabama to Washington state with my family. I have 3 cats one is one years of age and the other is 2 years. They are all males he doesn't stop til I remove him im getting freaked out and not sure what to do or if the move has to deal with it.. please help!

This sounds like the cat is attempting to establish a form of domination in the new environment. It should not be too much of a worry unless the cat is harming the other cats or continues to latch onto them for a long time. If this continues I recommend visiting your local vet.
