Okay, I'm 11 and 4'8.I am obese .I want to lose weight because I love this one girl,but I am way too insecure about my weight.I weigh about 140lbs Does anyone know of anything that I can do to lose weight atleast 40lbs or more without stunning my growth.Please don`t post mean comments saying WO YOUR FAT.Oh this also includes what kind of diet I should go on.

Don't try to change you're self because of another person. For the losing weight part, try to walk and run as much as you can throughout the day! Eat small portions of food also throughout the day and not just 3 big meals. You can take up yoga which is what I do. Instead of taking the elevator, run up stairs! Talk too your parents about wanting to lose weight. Eat brown rice instead of white rice. It's the little things that add up! Play more outside! You're 11 years old for goodness sakes! You should be outside running and playing all day, haha. I hope my advice was worth ready, good luck!
eating less and exercising more is what i like to say. people, especially the diet industry try to make sound more difficult than it is to lose weight. exercising for 15 to 20 minutes a day makes a big difference. i like to do tae bo with Billy Blanks. you can find his workout videos on youtube. you also need to be willing to give up certain foods. like frozen foods and fast foods ect. i also gave up candy and ice cream. following portion sizes on the nutrition facts also helps alot.
There is nothing to do outside.My neighborhood is not a very active street.I don't like playing outside by myself. I was considering joining soccer over the summer,but my dad couldn`t find a team.This is going to be difficult since I live in a mexican family.Anymore advice?I really need to lose weight.
