What exactly do you mean by movement? Each piston goes up and down one time for each revolution of the motor. So at 10000 rpm (rounds per minute), each piston goes up and down 10000 times per minute.
If it's a 4-stroke motor, the spark plug only fires on half of those rotations - so the cylinder is igniting 5000 times per minute.
