Power in equals power out in all cases. 220V x 30A = 6600W so the primary must also have 6600 watts. 13200/6600 = 2 amps
This is important because resistance loss is I^2R. The transformer ratio is 60:1 so the power loss in a high voltage transmission line is reduced by a factor of 1/3600 by using a 13,200 volt line.
