My little brother pukes all over the place in the car, and he wants to not do it anymore. But the thing is, my brother has a condition where he pukes at least 3 times a day.

Car sickness is caused by a liquid in your inner ear, it moves with the car, but your brain thinks your stationery and your eyes say your moving. To prevent car sickness you can use travel bands. Also get him to sit in the front of the car. Ginger nut biscuits help with car sickness, FACT
