I know that animation is made for everyone to enjoy, but mostly, people in their twenties want to watch something mature for their age. I assume they want to watch a drama flick, but they love comedy & action flicks. Then with the release of Zootopia, young adults started watching it, even without their children. But what about the other animated films in general? Do you think young adults still watch them?

I don't honestly think it's super bad that young adults watch these. It does say made for all ages, and some people do enjoy those types of movies. I have a sibling that is a young adult and she ADORES Disney animations, or any animations like that in general. She definitely watches them over and over again because she likes them. Not all young adults/adults like this sort of thing. I guess it just depends on who you are. My sister definitely likes them thought, and she will watch them again even though she's a young adult. Even when you're a young adult/adult, old movies you used to watch still give you those fun memories.
It is the people's psyche that animation is only for kids.But i do not believe it.
People think that their children are growing adults so they should watch anything mature more than the animated movies and cartoons so that they could learn something that how should they live in a society.
That is not a bad thing, but watching animated movies/cartoons is also not bad.

I am 18 and i watch anime and animated movies and i had played Moshi Monsters even.
so, however, the conclusion is that it is the people's psyche and it is not bad to watch animated things.

Animations made in the early days, 20s and 30s, were so raunchy that they led to censorship of the entire movie industry. (There is a reason why Betty Boop is so famous.) Animations made in the 40s were still awfully raunchy, but they were gussied up with nonsense so adults wouldn't notice and kids wouldn't understand. There are some sites where you can download vintage cartoons and they are surprisingly foul by modern standards.
