What does 'Nu I haraso zivi takda' mean in english. I think it's russian?

From what I was able to decifer it says " Now I am not Racial Life takda." It could be long live Takda at the end but I am not sure. however other translations state that Takda is a last name. However if Takda (Такда) was changed to "Тогда" it changes the phrase to: "Now I am not racist, Live then."

"Nu I haraso zivi takda" in Russian would be "Ну и хорошо, живи тогда" and I can't translate it any better than "OK, you can live". It kinda has the meaning "I'm now going to leave you alone/ get off your back". Hope this helps :)
