How old do you have to be to learn how to swordfight? I can't find the answer when I google search?

PeriDotty's response: I think fencing would be the best way to go here. I don't know how old you have to be, but I'm sure you could find a place that teaches younger students.

PeriDotty's answer: Yeah, your teacher's totally wrong, you play with left hand on top. I don't know what you can do about it though. Maybe try to look up the correct way and show her evidence?

PeriDotty's response: I always feel as if we (the clarinets) are fighting to be heard. Although some of it is the players, the clarinet is just a quieter instrument. As opposed to trumpet, which can be quite loud. I'm sure your band director had a good reason for ...
