Could this be a correct use of the English language.
Need more context and more clarification of what you are trying to say. But just from that I'd change it to "Our sister's keeper is us". (Also keep the period outside of the brackets).
It was part of a poem and I always wondered if it was correct usage or if there were exceptions for stylized writing or poetics.
